T-shirts, long sleeves, and jerseys are all individually made to order and carefully inspected to ensure top-notch quality.

• Production Times: T-shirts and long sleeves usually take 1–5 business days to produce, while jerseys may take 5–10 business days.
• Shipping Times: Once ready, we’ll ship your order. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days for T-shirts, long sleeves, and hats, and approximately 10–15 business days for jerseys.
• International Orders: We also ship internationally; however, delivery times vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local carrier availability.

Shipping Conditions & Carrier Disruptions

We rely on third-party shipping providers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and others to deliver your order. While we do our best to meet the stated delivery timelines, the following conditions apply:

• Carrier Strikes or Service Interruptions: If Canada Post or any other carrier experiences a strike, lockout, or operational disruption, we will use alternative shipping methods when available. Additional costs may apply depending on the carrier, and in such cases, customers may be given the option to:
  • Wait until the original carrier resumes operations.
  • Pay the difference in cost for expedited or alternate carrier shipping.
  • Request a cancellation and refund before shipment.
• Delays Outside Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen carrier issues.
• Split Shipments: If your order includes items with different production times (e.g., jerseys and T-shirts), we may ship available items first to avoid delays. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments, but duties and taxes may still apply depending on your location.

Why Was My Order Not Fully Shipped?

Your order may include a mix of items such as T-shirts, long sleeves, hats, or hoodies, along with jerseys. Jerseys take longer to produce, so to avoid delaying your entire order, we ship the available items first. This way, you can start enjoying and showing off your new gear while the rest of your jerseys are being completed and shipped separately.
